We are excited to share with you the opportunity to launch another creative missional space in the heart of downtown Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The property is located in the heart of Cluj’s party district on the famous Strada Piezișă, which is surrounded by four universities representing 1000’s of Romania and international students.
The vision of the property:
- Creativity and culture-making
- Mentoring, coaching, counseling
- Missional engagement
- International community
We are moving by faith, building relationships, and praying for an emerging team of volunteers, NGO, and church partners that will stand with us to establish this place of hope.
As a leased property, we will need to secure funding for rent and utilities ($20,000). We will also need to complete the renovations which include indoor and outdoor flooring/decking, furniture, A/V equipment, landscaping, and signage, which is another ($20,000).
This space is going to be so amazing, especially the outdoor area for small concerts, events, and welcoming in 100’s of local and international students!
2024 Launch Budget: $40,000
We are aiming to complete indoor and outdoor rennovations in the Spring, soft-launch in the summer, with the goal of an official launch in August before the students return!
