Oksana Kushnirova is bringing up two children. The youngest girl has down syndrome. They live in the village of Lukyanovka. Oksana has been a widow since 2015.
A shell sent by Russian troops exploded in her yard. One whole section of her home has been damaged.
She is asking for help to install new windows.
