I’ll tell you about the widow Natalia. She has a granddaughter and an alcoholic son. They lived near the village of Ivenets, Belarus.

The son’s wife left him, leaving her 4yr old daughter with Natalia to raise. The son constantly drinks constantly. Natalia has severe health problems, a lot of excess weight, heart problems, she herself can only walk with a cane for a couple of minutes. Because of this, her grand-daughter was sometimes taken to a boarding school, but then the son temporarily stopped drinking and took her away. However, Natalia already wanted to give the girl to the orphanage forever.

They were given a very old, dilapidated house from the collective farm. Our team went to try and fix it up and furnish/decorate. We cleaned up her yard, and helped build a toilet/bathroom. We also fixed her roof because some rooms got water even from light rain. Over time, our team made a little room for the grand daughter so that she could at least sleep separately, and not with her grandmother on the same bed.

The heating to the house was not working properly, so we helped a little with firewood. Over time, Natalia, seeing how God shows her free love, began to pray more, to thirst for God. There is no Internet, there was always a debt on the phone. Therefore, we ourselves tried to call several times during the week, recorded songs on the recorder on her phone. Now she is trying to teach her granddaughter to read the word of God, there is progress.

At least when we came next time, the granddaughter recited several long Christian verses to us by heart! Soon Natalya accepted the prayer of repentance, we began to pray together by phone. God recently answered their request, now they have moved to a village near the town of Stolbtsy, where the house is much better. The granddaughter is already 10 years old and just recently the son’s wife (the girl’s mother) returned to them. Now we continue to pray that the son and wife will accept the prayer of repentance and the family will unite.

Расскажу о вдове Натальи. У неё есть внучка и сын алкоголик. Жили они недалеко от д.Ивенец. Жена сына ушла от него, оставив дочку в 3-4 года. Сын постоянно пьёт, мог руку поднять. У Натальи сильные проблемы со здоровьем, много лишнего веса, проблемы с сердцем, сама может ходить только с палочкой пару минут. Из-за этого дочку иногда забирали в интернат, но потом сын переставал временно пить и забирал её. Однако Наталья хотела уже отдать девочку в дет дом навсегда. Но вскоре им выдали очень старый, полуразваленный домик от колхоза. Мы ездили помогали облагораживать. Вывозили мусор с территории, помогли построить туалет. Заделали крышу, т.к в некоторые комнаты попадала вода даже от небольшого дождя. Со временем немного сделали комнату для девочки, чтобы могла хотя бы спать отдельно, а не с бабушкой на одной кровати. Отопления к дому не исправно, поэтому помогали немного с дровами, приезжали разгружали… Со временем Наталья, видя как Бог проявляет к ней Своб любовь начала больше молиться, жаждать Бога. Интернета нету, на телефоне всегда задолженность была. Поэтому мы старались сами на неделе звонить несколько раз, записали ей на диктофон на телефоне песни(когда мы приезжали к ним под баян, клавиши петь). Сейчас старается приучить внучку читать слово Божье, есть прогресс. Как минимум когда мы приезжали в следующие разы, внучка нам рассказывала наизусть несколько длинных христианских стихов. Пару раз удавалось поговорить с сыном, но было бесполезно. Вскоре Наталья приняла молитву покаяния, мы вместе стали молиться по телефону. Бог недавно ответил на их просьбу, сейчас они переехали в деревню рядом с г.Столбцы, где домик гораздо лучше. Внучке уже 10 лет и вот совсем недавно вернулась к ним жена сына(родная мама девочки). Сейчас продолжаем молиться, чтобы сын и жена приняли молитву покаяния и семья объединилась.
