Mykhailo Ivanovich Kirakovskyi was born on July 5, 1945 in the city Zhmerinka in the family of a railway worker. Then they moved to the city of Kozyatyn for his father’s work, where he still lives. After school, he worked in Kherson at a factory, and then served in the army. Due to his disability, he returned home to Kozyatyn, where he worked at a railway plant.
