Taisa was born in March 1938 in the village of Vivsyaniki, Vinnytsia region. She worked as a seamstress, married in 1958, gave birth to two sons, and is a widow of eleven years. Her eldest son died two years ago from alcoholism, and her younger son, who uses a wheelchair due to a missing leg, lives with her.

Taisa’s living conditions are challenging; she and her son share one restroom and one kitchen with five families. The pension amounts to $100 per month, and she has hypertension, arrhythmia and sore legs. Mir Ministries is grateful for your help as we come alongside Taisa and support her.
